I feel like in my group of friends I am the one they become vulnerable with and always giving advice, which makes it hard for me to be vulnerable with them as they have a preexisting notion that Im strong.

Lebo has the ability to give people that one idea that could transform their lives for the better. Powerful. I look forward to these podcasts and listen to them at my corporate job because they help me stay grounded and feel lighter (because of the humour) in the chaos of adulthood. This past weekend I binged most of your content, specifically the seated content you and Lebo do. On all the episodes I gained new perspectives, I unlearned a couple of things and I also learned a few things. I felt validated as well, especially when some of my opinions and in sights were mirrored by you guys. I might not agree with everything that you guys say but I value your opinions. All I want to say is that keep this space ALIVE. If I had a YT channel this is the content I would like to show case. I feel that as young person, it’s refreshing to come to this and know that there’s a space that’s safe and the conversations are so engaging and I know for a fact that somebody somewhere feels like their voice is also being mirrored through you guys and it matters. On the topic of friendship, I've always been an open book until i saw that my friends can deal with their things without sharing or maybe they were sharing with others not me,but it reached a point where i also tried dealing with my things without crying to my friends or venting.

I find it difficult to express myself mainly because I didn't grow up in an environment where my emotions were taken seriously, so I learned to bottle up and I have become so good at it to a point where I can numb my feelings🙂 I recently noticed that my sisters are also inexpressive people
