Many thanks for the information, very helpful. I’ve written to my council ie Sefton b c and i never get a reply back until months later after my case has been to court, i stated my reasons for not paying ct . I didn’t attend court because I didn’t get a reply. Would it be possible to still apply for a void order ? Many thanks Tony

If you don’t own your property you can get away with it otherwise you have no chance I have tried for the last 3 years and failed ,don’t risk your property listening to these they have won nothing ,mass non compliance is the only way the system will change,councils take no notice of anything you send them and court is a private room for the council nothing to do with the judicial system and they are just corrupt and will steam roll a false order regardless.

You are repeating pseudolaw - the Administrative Court is part of the King's Bench Division of the High Court and is perfectly in accordance with English Law

In court - last year they withdrew claim, and this year order was voided as magistrates breached their oaths and they have relaid the same complaint and it listed for 3 hour hearing with district judge on 12 August for another attempt... so this should at worst if the the LO is again granted we get a written reasoned judgment to see where out evidence is wrong, or narrow the issues and take it to the high court... These fundamental contradicitions in the law must be resolved!!!

If they don't disclose the full names of the Magistrate and Council employee's taking the case to Court surely you can Sue (Commercial Lien) the Clerk of the Court for dereliction of Duty, Criminal collusion and Malfeasance and Maladministration in Public Office since they have a Legal Obligation to abide by the Nolan Principles (7 Principles of Public Life) Code of Ethics. I don't know why you people ignore important aspects of Law.

The law is your birthright why do you need a qualification to assert the rights that are rightfully yours by birth?
