5:50 - Info for non Gujarati people : If you eat the soft, square cube, sweet khaman-dhokla then is not actually Dhokla, it's Nylon Khaman as mentioned by Falguni ji. Dhokla is different from Nylon khaman & it's not sweet rather spicy & so is original surti khaman. Those are all different varieties with different taste.
