I went to bootcamp in 2019 but sadly didn't make it😭 I'm thinking of trying it again this year and listening to you guys has definitely made me miss it, everything you guys said is very true lol it can be easy and fun but you have to be ready to stop and focus on what you have to do first and foremost. Definitely needed a reminder of it

When you get there they will most likely make u do ROM (quarantine) vaccinated or not. I used to do push-ups everyday in the bathroom when I had the chance. Because when you get to actual bootcamp on like the second day your gonna have your first physical training. They make you do push-ups, planks, run just to see where your at & if your had any progress throughout bootcamp.

Stay motivated the whole way!! After the 5 P-days they will “beat” you & PT everyday. So you will get better through the weeks

No branch😂, u gotta start getting used to be away from family & your old life in any branch. But I picked the navy for The traveling, so ig you’ll enjoy life more in the navy

I leave soon an I know once’s you get there you have to do the fitness test an for the mile an a half are you aloud to slow down to like a walking pace?also say you pass the mile an the planks but not the pushes up do you get set back

Yea u do. U can’t fail anything. & they will tell you to not walk because once u start walking u basically failed

Today's Navy bootcamp is a piece of cake, these idiots wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes when I went through bootcamp in 1978.

Weird question! But as someone who like sucks at taking care of my own eyebrows 😂 how would you suggest I keep up with them during bootcamp? Not trying to graduate with caterpillars on my face 😅😅😅

Girl I understand trust me, but you won’t be able to fix them or pluck them to make them look nice because the RDCS will notice & you will most likely get “beat” for it. I recommend to leave them alone until the day before graduation. What can they do to you? Not a thing LMFAOOO

What are the requirements to pass the first physical test? Such as running, push ups, and planks?

It all depends on ur age. For me it was 21 push-ups, 1mins 55secs & a run time of 14:45. & that’s for 17-19 yr olds

U will run a lot. LIKE A LOT. Maybe everyday. Sometimes they’ll make you run non stop for 15 mins or 30 mins

Actually, I don’t know how it is because they did change bootcamp from 8 weeks to 10 weeks so it’s possible

No you cant. They will have you strip naked & give you sports bra & white granny panties. You can get boxers later on in bootcamp but not the first few days

Dam blue card ??? When I went through it was three different cards orange, red and the deadliest black card. Had two dudes in my division that tore their ACL from that black card

@@yossy1772 i just started classes, so far I’m loving it. It’s a lot of inspecting not a lot of sewing. I got stationed in San Diego & I will be on a ship so yes you will be on a ship. I’m on the USS Makin Island
