This is not hell week... they’re too many students, this is phase one around week 2.

Cameron Long there are classes that secure upwards of 50 at times.

Not SEALS. BUDS class. You're not a SEAL until you graduate BUDS and SQT.

mack10 you would be amazed how many guys they are putting into the field now. Still the same standards, still the same everything but there's been a huge recruiting operation.

They train on public beaches?

Mostly on the Navy base, but always some on the public beach which is adjacent.

The irony is that the area they are at near the Hotel Del in San Diego is absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite vacation destinations of all time. It is literally amazing weather 98% of the year with awesome scenery everywhere. This guys are literally going through hell while in paradise. I can't even imagine....

@@pleasuretokill I would gladly choose to be going through BUD/S than laying on the beach relaxing! Just once though... lol It pays to be a winner!
