Here is most popular Egg Curry Recipe Egg Korma or Ande Ka Korma. It is very delicious Egg recipe.Here I will use Duck eggs instead of chicken eggs.Lets enjoy the most creamy & flavoursome egg curry recipe.
Egg Korma
Ingredients
1.4 Duck Eggs
2.1 large size onion paste
3.2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4.4 green chillies
5.Paste of 20 cashew nuts
6.4 tbsp beaten curd
7.1 inch cinnamon
8.5 cloves
9.3 green cardamoms
10.2 tsp turmeric powder
11.1 tsp dry red chilli powder
12.1&1/2 tsp cumin powder
13.1&1/2 tsp coriander powder
14.1/2 tsp garam masala powder
15.2 tbsp ghee
16.Salt as per taste
17.Refined oil for cooking

Thanks for watching the video. May be the ratio of cashew nut paste, curd & milk isn't adequate. If u have added more cashew nut paste & milk then only it can become thick. Because cashew nut paste gives a thick consistency & milk gives a creamy consistency to the gravy.

Thank u for watching my video.. You can avoid curd as well But as I told in the video that curd will give a creamy consistency to the gravy. So u if u will not use curd then u will miss the real taste of this dish. If u my like my dish then do subscribe my channel.
