I also had same changes done in my i20, front both shock absorber changed, Steering rack and butches and all spares. I had driven it 97k kms, so it was somewhat expected. It cost me 30k rs. in Pune. I also agree with your point that instead of buying new we can get things done in our old car even if it costs little more but if keep it long enough it's worth it.

Ravi bhai, I bought 2 second hand cars and my first mistake was Honda City 2008 model paid 2.75 lakhs for it but I sold it off after 2 years for half the price I paid. 2nd Car was VW AMEO 2016 model 45000Km driver, car was in great condition bought for 4.15 lakhs and sold it after 1 year for 3.95 lakhs.
