नया नास्ता-New snack recipe | No Oven, No Maida, No baking powder & Soda | Easy&Simple Puff pastry
Please see ingredients below.
For Dough:-
1. 1 Cup Wheat Flour
2. 1/2 Tsp Salt
3. 1/2 Tsp Crushed Carom seeds
4. 2 Tsp Melted Ghee
5. 1/2 Cup Water
For Stuffing:-
1. 1 Cup Fresh Green Peas
2. 1 Raw Banana
3. 1.5 Tbsp Oil
4. 1 Tsp Crushed Cumin Seeds
5. 1/4 Tsp Asafoeitda
6. 1/2 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
7. 7-8 Chopped Curry Leaves
8. 1/2 Tsp Green Chilly Paste
9. 1/2 Tsp Salt
10. 1 Tsp Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
11. 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
12. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
13. 1 Tsp Powder Sugar
14. 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala Powder
15. 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
आटा के लिए:-
1. 1 कप गेहूं का आटा
2. 1/2 टीस्पून नमक
3. 1/2 चम्मच कुटा हुआ अजवाइन
4. 2 चम्मच घी
5. 1/2 कप पानी
स्टफिंग (भराई) के लिए:-
1. 1 कप ताजा हरी मटर
2. 1 कच्चा केला
3. 1.5 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
4. 1 टीस्पून कुटा हुआ जीरा
5. 1/4 चम्मच हींग
6. 1/2 टीस्पून सूखा अदरक पाउडर
7. 7-8 कटे हुए करी पत्ते
8. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट
9. 1/2 चम्मच नमक
10. 1 चम्मच धनिया जीरा बीज पाउडर
11. 1/2 चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
12. 1 चम्मच नींबू का रस
13. 1 चम्मच पाउडर चीनी
14. 1/2 चम्मच चाट मसाला पाउडर
15. 1/2 टीस्पून बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
