I am still BF my 2.8 year old. It is a bitter sweet journey. Something you would want to stop but then it is a journey shared by both mother and the child. My child finds feeding comforting and it is his safe place. We really connect over the feeding session.

I will suggest give KMC that is kangaroo mother care therapy and drink lots of water during day and before feeding. Lots of love to both babies 💗

Hi Debina.. First of all so happy for you that you have embarked on this new journey. I'm a doctor and also a mother of twins. They will be 6 months in another week. Every mother and baby journey is different. If you are getting 60ml now that's very good. Breastmilk is 75% water. So keep drinking lots of water and allow baby to suckle from you. Also the prolactin levels in our body is maximum between 3am and 5am. If pump or feed your daughter at this time it will help keep your supply up..Enjoy this time with your daughters. They grow up so fast

Keep feeding and expressing quantity will increase eventually.One tip once you finish breastfeeding your baby pump little more after finish feeding so that brain got signal that demad is more.It is total demand and supply process and patience is a key😊 Also if in case your baby is sleeping and you don’t want to wakeup your baby for feeding express milk so that supply does not effect. This works for me😊

Debina, I am a working mum, I had only 30 days of maternity leave, so for night I used to pump and keep so if baby is up anybody can feed if I want to sleep.. Day time I used feed, evenings I used to pump and keep..I heard Methi ka kheer is good for milk..Its really tough when 2 small kids, but you know after 5 years they both will grow like super fast.. I am really really happy for you both💕

Hi Devina I'm breastfeeding mom too, it's my first baby.you can apply nipple cream as well and coconut oil also helps too. Try to pump after a hot shower it will be greatly to avoid any soreness . I have no one to take care of me and my baby here in Melbourne. Very hard to survive 😉

I m breastfeeding my 14 months old son... initially it was very difficult for me since I didn't lactate much for almost 15 days after my c section.. but once it all started it is still going on...🙂 it may be painful initially but later on it gives immense pleasure..I do not have words to describe what it feels like... It is just world's best feeling... 🙂🙂🥰🥰

I am a first time lactating mother to a 6 weeks old boy.I used Lanolin cream and applied breast milk for sore and tender nipples.After three to four weeks of breastfeeding I didn’t had any sore or discomfort . Hopefully u feel better by time.❤

Hey Debina! More power to you for being so strong through both your pregnancies and delivery. I m a mother to two lovely angels as well. Every mom's journey is different but we get to knw by sharing experiences. I too went thru soreness both times and cracked nipples during second baby. But I never gave up breastfeeding. In fact being a Nutritionist and Lactation consultant myself, I fought and overcame difficulties in breastfeeding within 15 days of birth of my babies. Lanolin helps. But applying breastmilk post feeding is best. You can try applying homemade ghee after feed and wash gently before feed. Shatavari is amazing to increase milk supply. Also practice kangaroo mother care. I would suggest that if your baby is taking good 8 to 10 breastfeeds, and doin good susu n poop you may want to try exclusive breastfeeding for first 6m and then start complementary feed, while continuing breastfeeding till at least 1y. And since you r pumping you can always keep that for ur baby. Just a suggestion to avoid formula. But at the end a mother knows best for her baby. All the best for doin such wonderful job...

The one beautiful thingl that I experienced is that after a point of time when I even had a glimpse of my baby milk started to generate and fall , a little cry or sound used to make the breast area wet.That feeling was just wonderful.For the first 6 months mothers are the feeder , this magical experience is beautiful and makes me wonder how our body is designed.

I am breastfeeding mom..keep yourself hydrated before and after breastfeeding...also drink lots of water during days... breastfeeding is painful at starting but later on it becomes a smooth experience... applying breastfeed on nipples is the best remedy that I have applied in my entire breastfeeding journey plus i was using natures mother sparsh nipple balm as well...keep going..and God bless the little girls and your family ❤️❤️

Yes,you can keep it in the freezer for months,I am still feeding my 10 month old. For increasing supply you can take more liquid and also Lactonic or any granules of similar type works quite well,you can check with your doctor for reference.
