ASA. I have read a few news items in the recent past where it was said that Naya Nazimabad is not leased property and is not mortgageable with banks due to this reason. There was some litigation going on in the Supreme Court in this respect due to the conversion of the Javedan Cement Factory into a residential society. Hope that litigation and all the matters related to the ownership title or lease/sub-lease are resolved now. Please cover this aspect in such informative videos as well in addition to highlighting only positives.

Monthly maintenance charges is very high and no gass and water electric city is also very expensive.

@@user-kn3gc6wn7h The situation in Dubai can't be compared to what occurred in this area three years ago. The urban flooding was so severe that water flooded homes, rising up to 7 feet. Residents weren't even safe indoors and had to be evacuated by boats. Comparing this to the recent events in Dubai is absurd, unless someone is paid to do so, to deliberately misguide people.

kia koi bata sakta hai what are the negative sides of this society?. pani available hai ya tanker dalta hai. gas available hai ya nahi. society k as pas snatching etc ki kia condition hai. mantainance k charges kia hain etc. thanks
