Pederneira, the oldest medieval settlement, related to the Cistercian Order and Alcobaça.
Praia, with the establishment of fishermen from the 19th century. XIX and that in the century. XX enters the tourist itineraries.
The site related to the devotion to an image of Our Lady of Nazareth of Galilee found in a cave. First build a chapel (Ermida da Memória) and then the Sanctuary, to where they transfer this image. Next to the site, on the north beach, is the Forte de S.Miguel o Arcanjo, where the Surf Wall is located, a Museum with the boards offered by surfers who participated in the Giant Wave championships here in Praia Norte. At the end of the video, images of the Capela de S.Gião, an old Visigothic chapel from the 19th century. VII which is located south of the Port of Nazaré.
