NBA 2K11: Jordan's Last Dance

Michael Jordan's last shot as a member of the Chicago Bulls, defeating the Utah Jazz in Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals to capture his 6th and final NBA Championship, re-created in NBA 2K11. This is one I've done every year in one form or another. I know people will ask "where's the push-off?", the left hand swipe I used to simulate that for 2K9 and 10 was removed from the step-back animation this year. So I knew I had to at least get Russell to fall this time.

Simply put, this is beautiful. That's how you end a career. I remember as an 8 year old crying when this happened cause I was so sad to see Michael Jordan leave the game of basketball.

@TheTurkgamer a three-peat is when a team wins 3 straight titles/championships. When Bob Costas said "second three-peat" the Bulls won 3 in a row again from 1996-1998. The first three-peat was from 1991-1993.

@rcceltic3 He plays the exact same team,same scenario and tries to do it exactly how it was in real life,edits and gets the right angles in replay mode,and takes the audio out from the video game and replaces it with the real life game audio at the right timing

I've been watching your vids for a while man, you do great work. I have a quick question though; how long does it take you to make these vids? Syncing up the audio, the original screen graphics from that era and of course getting the game play to do what you want it to do, I wanna know what that process is like. Not because I want to make my own, but to really appreciate all the work that goes behind all of this. Keep up the great work.

but he also made history in wizards. He got 51 points at age 38 (the oldest to ever reach 50) and he made 43 points (the only 40 year old to score 40 or more points) the rest can only score 26

@DynoSwagged word but for a 40 yr old to average the points he average, to take a lowly team (wizards) at that time to a better record .500 is only fair to respect and say he showed that his talents was ageless.. HE EVEN SCORED 39 0r 40pts one game n he was 40. Theres in the zone and there's Jordan zone, only a few go into that zone but eventually come back out quick, while others like kobe stay in that zone longer than his surrounding peers...
