Charlotte had the Hornets, and that team moved to teamless New Orleans. Michael Jordan then started the Charlotte Bobcats. 2 years ago, New Orleans changed their name the the Pelicans, so, after a lot of convincing, Jordan changed the Bobcats to the Hornets.

sir the hornets originally belonged to charolette but after some negation new orleans took the name but just recently charolette got the name back.

The bobcats were originally the hornets but they relocated to New Orleans then the bobcats switched back to the hornets

Charlotte was the hornets first then became the bobcat then new Orleans was the hornets then became pelicans

You forgot where New Orleans used to be the Jazz then they moved to Utah. Charlotte was the Hornets but then they moved to New Orleans. Charlotte started the Bobcats, New Orleans changed their name to the Pelicans and Charlotte took the Hornets name back

Ethan Lane no the way it works is New Orleans were the Jazz then utah took their name so they took charlotte's name and then Charlotte started the Bobcats and then the name hornets was back to Charlotte and so then New Orleans took the name pelicans

Can't tell if your trolling but the Charlotte hornets were in nc but the asshole owner wanted to build a new stadium with charlotte to pay it all out of pocket and they said no so they moved to New Orleans and years later they let Charlotte start a new franchise and it was called the bobcats
