I'm with them in the Miller-Scoot 2 and 3. Scoot has made too many mistakes complaining about not being number 1 which was completely out of reach. Miller didn't and that attitude is often the key to who a coach picks. Stay humble work your a** off and let others decide.

I hope he doesn't have injury issues but I don't see any way he doesn't hurt his feet. Anybody know if there's a way to condition your feet to avoid injury?

Actually, Victor is doing a lot of exercises with his feet and toes to limit the risks of injury. But I can't tell you more about it.

He'll have a target on his back. I think he's gonna get banged around. He's gonna have so attention everywhere he goes that it's gonna make other teams annoyed. I won't be surprised if he takes some nasty elbows to the ribs on a nightly basis. We'll see how long he can last before he gets worn out.

He's gonna injure his feet. He's never played over 30 games a season, most of the time just one game a week. NBA will add wear and tear on his body.

@@paulwarren6062 just watch how he was treated in the French championship : players grabbing him at every opportunity, chopping his arms, even punching him in the belly. He is used to it. As for the number of games, we can trust Pop and the Spurs to do a ton of load management (no back to back games...) at least during his rookie year. Finally, he won't play at the 5 spot, rather at the 4, so that he won't have to deal with the big ones under the basket.

Amen and Ausar remind me of both Jaylen Brown and Tatum body wise and the way the came out of college. Tatum of course was a better shooter however both Tatum and Jaylen took a good 3 years to equip themselves to who they have become today. I believe if they have the work ethic they can have an allstar or superstar ceiling. Although, at worse they can become a Cam Reddis. Cam has great physique but has not been able to reach any quality level not even a solid role player. Amen is a great passer however and seems to play D well so I feel he would be better.

The less loyal Wemby is to his national team the better. That’s definitely hurt Luka early on. Good for him in wanting to carry his country, but this is probably his first NBA offseason not playing for Slovenia all summer

France is different from Slovenia, Latvia, Serbia, Greece, etc. They have enough talent to not force Wemby to play super big national team minutes. That’s what Woj was basically saying about Yao and China. Yao HAD to play cause they absolutely sucked without him

Mets have beaten 3 times champions ASVEL but there's no way they beat Monaco : Wemby and Coulibaly apart, the rest of the team is too weak to compete at this level. Even Lebron or Jordan couldn't win all alone in a bad team. Carry a team doesn't mean win everything, it means consistently raise the team level.

Probably wouldn’t have won a chip. The problem was that every playoffs Yao was healthy, Tmac was hurt. And whenever Tmac was healthy, Yao was hurt. But nonetheless, he definitely was a HOF level player

The NBA has a really big problem. Their game has deteriorated. And their drafts are not exactly exciting. Too many one and dones either in college or in whatever league the NBA has set up for them. That leaves the whole first round of guys who are basically underdeveloped talents. It's just not exciting basketball at all.

Most drafts are 2-5 guys deep. It's just that, in the past, you heard of the guys from 6-32 with a project guy stuck in-between there. The past several drafts have been deeper, but, the draft itself has been mostly anticlimactic. There's like a lot of developmental guys and even the top guys game hasn't matured to the point you'll see what they'll be in 3-4 years later.

@@kierankobaissi2396 I mean he’s 7’5.. but hard for me to see 230 and I’m a performance coach. His legs are super skinny. If he had thick stems I wouldn’t be as concerned. The foot and ankles work they do is nice but skipping all these super testosterone flooded years as a late teen to not lift at all is an interesting choice. First thing San Antonio will begin with him is single leg strength and power development.
