After watching the NBA for decades (whether on TV or at a game), I have grown accustomed to the sights and sounds of the arena, so for this video, I am focusing on the defense theme that sounds like ascending and dramatic music. It is one of the most recognizable in-game music that has been played for many decades (since 1995). There are two versions to this tune: one without drums and the other with the drums.
How I Made It:
First, as a former pianist, I discovered that this basis of the song is the chromatic scale. Next, I used the Strings setting of my Roland HP-1 Keyboard to play the chromatic scale notes. After transferring the recordings of the notes to my MacBook Air, I added a timpani drum and sounds of a tambourine in different pitches and, then, synchronized them with the string notes.
Anyway, folks, I hope that you will enjoy this video. Please like and subscribe for more amazing content. Thank you all. ~ Zane
