The finality of an NFL or college football playoff game gives them a completely different feeling. A back and forth playoff series or one where a team comes back from a couple games down is pretty incredible, too.

The last two minutes of a basketball game can be an incredibly fast paced back and forth but I will agree NFL playoff games are more electric because the stakes are higher with winning and losing. If you lose one game you’re out of the playoffs in the NFL

Always preferred NBA for this. In an NFL playoff game, sometimes a great team can have an off night. But in an NBA series, because its best out of 4, it doesnt leave any doubt in anyone's mind who's the better team.

I'd say NFL playoff games are more intense due to what's at stake for the 1 game, but the last 2 minutes of a close NBA playoff game is the most electrifying to me. That stuff gets my blood pumping a little more

Every NFL playoff game is game 7. NBA playoff games can have moments or games where they match that, but on average it's not close.

I’m from California but my NFL team is the Philadelphia Eagles however though my NBA team is the Sacramento Kings. If you guys have the chance come to a playoff game in Sacramento the atmosphere is crazy and loud! 🙏🏻

Soldier Field is the closest you’re gonna get to a nba type experience viewing wise. Didn’t realize how small the stadium was till I went in the very top has a better view than sofis mid-low level

I feel like it depends for an NBA playoff game… like if it’s game 1 or 2 especially if the teams aren’t that good or interesting it can b kinda dull but the finals and game 7s/ elimination games are always litty as a titty but the single elimination style of the NFL is more dramatic in general and definitely delivers a different energy

In my opinion I think it depends on the participation level of the sport which sport has more people playing that will continue the growth of the sport. I think nba will surpass football 🏈 because when kids go out do they bring a football with them and play pick up or a basketball. For me it all comes down to the youth(future generations)

NFL by a long shot. Sundays feel like a national holiday when the NFL is on, NBA games usually just feel like just another day because they play so many games.

I'm a fan of both. i gotta go nfl. My Mavs got blown out by warriors last yr and i still said " that was a nice season". meanwhile being a ravens fan, thinking about that tyler huntley fumble still pisses me off to this day 😂

I prefer football over basketball(by an everest margin), but I think the nba is playoff games themselves are more electric, but the fan environment is more electric with the nfl. Nfl just has too little game in the game. There is only 11-13 mins of play in an entire nfl game.

Nfl is way more electric, when nba games are down to the wire they foul the other team and that takes the momentum out. When nfl games are close you see the chiefs pull a 13 second comeback, or a Hail Mary to Hopkins, etc.

NFL and NBA are big sports. American sports are cool. I think the major North American Leagues like the MLS, NBA, MLB, CFL, NFL, NHL, WNBA, NCAA, NWSL and MASL should expand to have European and global conferences to qualify for the playoffs. Where teams from Europe play for instance European and eastern American sides. Merci.

Nfl Is the easiest sport to be a fan of. Games usually only on Sunday. Once a week . Very little commitment. Being a nba or mlb Fan. You go games on always different times and days lol. I prefer nba tho. Nfl hasn't been the sport I loved in about 10years . Every game has terrible calls and benefits offense. . Sounds like nba too i guess lol

Facts. It's harder to see upsets in NBA series because you have minimum 4 games but it's usually 5 or more. NFL playoffs are upset insanity. Some guys have become memorable not because of what their season was like, but how they were in the playoffs (i.e. Nick Foles, Brady, Santonio Holmes (pain) etc.)
