Most people don’t know this but Peja Stojakovic finished his career with the Dallas Mavericks and got a ring with them in his last year in 2011! He was always a talented shooter.

In 2011 Peđa was a Raptor until Toronto waived him due to missong too many games due to injury, so glad the mavs gave him a chance after all the threes he poured on them as a king and hornet

I have the 2004 (babby blue) and 2005 (gold) throwback jerseys along with a post 2002 away purple jersey , back in the day when peđa and vlade played for the kings here in serbia their jerseys were sought after for obvious reasons i was just lucky enough to have people in the states that could buy them for me. Would love to own one of peđa's hornets jersey's tho especially the two tone green and purple one.

Feel a little bad for the commentators, lol. The Suns had just acquired Shaq, and they're raving about how good he's going to be and how well he'll fit in, how great it'll be to have Amar'e at PF. Turns out, all the concerns about Shaq slowing down their pace and clogging the lane, ended up for the most part I think to be true. Shaq just wasn't dominant force he used to be at this point in his career, and he kinda cramped Phoenix's style, IMO.

It bugs me that you spoil the ending of the match with your titles. There is a reason movies don't tell in the title when the plot twist will happen... It's not like every fan of the NBA remembers the results of every historical match. By saying its double-overtime you automatically killed the suspense of the 4th quarter and 1st OT.

because he fell off. he was great in his first five years or so but when he left utah he fell apart. you can't get the recognition of a cp3 or magic johnson when your game gets solved so quickly. deron got fat, hurt and he just fell off man. Sad but true. CP3 vs D-Will should have been this generations big time PG dual but it just didn't materialize. I respect D-Will but i'm not surprised at all that he is mostly a forgotten figure.

RIght but that's because he didn't do it for long enough. I bet most people wouldn't remember him at all until reminded. The only reason I remember him so well is because I'm a Hornets/Pelicans fan and he and CP3 were compared constantly when they came in.... That was supposed to be the big time point guard rivalry of this generation. It's a shame, really. D-Will was uber talented.

Nash is better than Paul. Nash got the credit he deserved when he was playing (2 mvps) but nowadays NBA fans underestimate him because he's "too small" and "not that athlethic".
