Hes so humble, sounding like these things kinda magically happened to him. When in reality I dont want to even think of how many reps he must have done in a gym, how much hard work went into doing what he did. I just want to give props. I still have his jersey in my closet, that I bought when I was 12. (I'm from germany, back then those were not easy to get your hands on here in Europe). The impact these guys had on the world is just remarkable to look back at now.

One of my favourite athletes, ballers, entertainers and showmen. Thank for having graced the earth with your talents Vince Carter. You're a legend. Surprised the olympic games where you jumped over a very tall player to dunk didn't make this highlight real. That is still some other-galaxy-level athleticism there. U bosso.

I think Pippen over Ewing is the greatest dunk ever because Pip did that against a real player. That frenchman was tall, but he was a amateur white player. Even for college american players, these guys looks like stationary poles. And that's what Vince did, jump over a obstacle, Vince jumped (literally) over a nobody.

Disagree, there's no disrespect replaying an old posterization over and over and over and over. If players don't wanna get "disrespected" then they shouldn't fxckin' play. You're a 7'2" centre? You better be prepared to be CRUSHED by a couple handfuls of athletes during your career..

Just to put some context on the #8 dunk: Vince was initially left off of the 2000 Olympic roster in favor of Ray Allen of Milwaukee so naturally, he was upset. That windmill dunk was his way of showing up Allen. It all worked out for everyone because Vince was finally added to the Olympic team because I think someone got injured. And we all know what he did at the Olympics - he dunked over that French center like he was nothing 😂
