this Zion is a lot more genuine than the one we saw coming up through the draft. seems like he’s really comfortable in the NBA now, back then he was a kid who didn’t know how to navigate this world.

I feel like he’s always been this genuine, even going into Duke he was always humble and gave praise to his teammates whenever he could. But you can definitely tell he’s not just a kid anymore

He seems like such a nice person. His parents raised him well. But imagine how much damn fun it must be to be Zion and play basketball! And then have that taken away from you for a year and a half. That’s gotta be really tough mentally. And when he’s playing they’re the best team in the West. Hope he comes back for the playoffs.

The way the media did him was horrible you don’t know what injuries can do to you how it makes you feel mentally physically and emotionally and there are some who don’t understand and they made jokes about his weight like this guy loves basketball so much and instead of bashing him they talked about him instead of encouraging him praying for him wishing him a quick recovery and healing. I promise you he will be back we saw what Joel Embiid and other athletes turned into. If the Pelicans let him go they will regret it

The haters gon hate. But they know he is still better than their favorite player when healthy. I'm a Ja fan, but I know he is way more impactful than Ja and I still believe in him. I would love to see him and Ja going at it and I know its hard for him and he is trying, those who criticise dont know how hard it is. Joel Embid missed more games and had worst stats than Zion Williamson in his first 4 seasons in the NBA. I don't think a lot of people know that. Joel made changes; he hired a chef. Zion did the same thing, hired a chef and personal trainer; he still got injured but its just the beginning. Theres still hope.
