Considering the USA has the best players in the world, I thought they would be performing a lot better than this. I have watched the recent game as well, and I find them pretty ordinary. I don’t understand all the hype, lol. I have seen a lot of players playing better on other teams than these so called elite players from Team USA, lol. They call themselves world champions 😂 These games clearly show that the NBA largely runs on building narratives around players, teams, and scripts. The NBA is a joke 😂 As competition increases around the world in basketball, we are seeing that these so called superstars from the US teams are pretty basic or similar to other players around the world.

@@YeahHeSaidit I have been following NBA for a while now, most of the games look so scripted and they almost force teams and players to align in certain situations. If you didn’t ever notice this then you wont understand why I commented the way I did. I understand that team chemistry is important and how the game works, but calling themselves world champions while playing in a domestic setting and after all that hype they choke on international stage with a basic team, isn’t it embarrassing?

@@user-vb2bt9kh1p I have watched sports all around the world and I have seen few games which looked like match fixings once in a while here and there which is understandable because nothing can be perfect. But when it comes to the US all the games look so scripted and players are forced to play certain roles which has to align with the narrative which these associations set. There is no doubt that NBA has some of the best talents but the problem is most of the players don’t get the hype or credit to their skills while some of the mid level players gets so hyped with bs skills, the media and association will try to boost his personality in a certain way that people start to like that player instead of actually noticing the players actually skills.

You must understand things have changed the past 10 years...The level and the talent of the rest of the world has grown up immensely and has kinda equalised. USA team is great but the other nations are becoming better every year too. The sport has became global my friend...

What being put into hold by Nike did to the US team At the very least give Tatum some carbon shank or PEBAX like the upcming AJ 39 la, since it'd fit his AJ 37 configuration of double Zoom and carbon shank. Booker also got the short end of his shoes. LeBron got the best shoe outta all his mates in 21 but age has already shown its dent on him. If anything, I'd prefer them to debut the AJ 39 ASAP here in place of Tatum's kicks. Imagine no shank, no Zoom Air, only phylon and Air unit.

the problem is that many starters are too old or not 100% healthy and are not efficient in defense, they're not in their prime anymore , plus having kerr even as an assistant isn't encouraging because the main problem with usa team, coached by kerr in the last world cup was their terrible defense. beside the high skills, USA dreamteams dominated pratically everyone mainly because the superior athletic level of the allstar players, they proposed energical and suffocating defense in every game , only spain resisted very well to team usa in 2008 and 2012

Just watching game by FIBA rules...damm its such different game..all these NBA superstars not looking that good in FIBA rules..especially if they not good shooters....smaller court and no defensive 3 seconds makes game so much different and way harder to score

Llamar al equipo de EE. UU DREAN TEEM es una falta de respeto. Para empezar con un entrenador servil a los mal llamados figurones cuando son figuritas de mazapán comparados con los del único DREAM TEAM del 92. Para empezar la selección del 92 fue inmensamente superior a todos sus rivales a los que apalizó y eso que había jugadores como el mejor LARRY BIRD que fue bajo mínimos ni a un 20% por la lesión de espaldas. Las que vinieron después a las que se cataloga como DREAM TEAM eran una charlotada si se las comparaba con la ÚNICA Y ORIGINAL por ejemplo en Londres en los juegos Olimpicos tuvieron que recurrir al arbitraje para poder ganar el oro a ESPAÑA............ Que BOSTON el mejor equpo de la NBA de muchos años solo aportará y para la suplencia a Tatum y Jrue Holiday ES UNA BROMA DE MAL GUSTO, y que tras la marcha de Kawhi Leonard repesquen a Derrick White no cuenta. Pero lo sangrante es que no esté como tampoco lo eligen en el ALL STAR DE LA nba 24 lo pongo en minúsculas porque los que juegan y llaman estrellas están a miles de millones de años luz de las auténticas estrellas de la NBA que se terminan en los 90. Me refiero a JAYLEN BROWN que tenia que haber sido convocado por delante por ejemplo de Booker, Kawhi Leonard, Haliburton y algunos más y no solo para estar sino para ser junto a TATUM titulares.
