Actually Giannis went off everytime he faced him and Simmons. Embiid has better footwork/back to the basket game and shooting. But Giannis is better in all the other aspects especially passing and playmaking. Also he is not as bad in post up as media want you to believe

Never understood why Karl Malone, who was even lighter than Lebron in his prime is considered a big man but Lebron isnt, and why Giannis, who weight the same as KD is considered a big man but KD isnt. KD and Lebron are the most skillfull big men ever, Hakeem and Embiid come just after, and Jokic isn’t far.

Embiid shoots threes because of his era, but there is absolutely no reason to believe Hakeem couldn’t shoot threes. He was a brilliant jumpshooter. And when it comes to post moves, Hakeem is on another planet. He’s WAY faster and WAY more fluid in his movements. He would absolutely destroy Embiid in the post.

Funny thing is all these media personalities telling him to bring his back to the basket is garbage. His post game is literally a 10/10 he can do it but he’ll just get triple teamed out the ass or burned out early on. Him taking this next step is exactly about not doing what they tell him. Perfecting his shot creation, mid range and long distance SHOOTING. He has an incredibly soft touch if he can perfect his shot creation he’d literally be a bigger but slower KD but three times the defender.
