I'd repeat it if he stayed in college another year to prove he can play. Cardiac arrest is no joke and he couldn't get the play time he needed. If he can show us he can play with the big dogs then I'm happy bit this is wild. Hopefully by yr 3 we see something amazing

Sadly for you, you are wrong. The game of basketball was invented in Springfield, Massachusetts, which, last time I checked, was in fact NOT located in Canada. The fact that the Springfield College graduate and instructor who invented it, Dr. James Naismith, happened to be born in Canada does not change a single thing about where the game was invented.

This era of NBA basketball is, in fact, the Age of the International Center. From the transcendent, extra-terrestrial talent of Wenbanyama, to the sheer dominance of Jokic, Embiid, Antetokoumpo, and Gobert (defensive), foreign born Bigs are dictating the outcome of games and playoff series. This holds true even for the reigning champion Celtics whose featured players are American-born, versatile wings, but have three foreign born Centers on their roster (more than any other team in the NBA) representing Latvia, Portugal, and the Dominican Republic.

Bob Myers, Jokic is not the only guy who made a jump in his career. Giannis is another dude that the Celtics could have drafted but passed on. Nobody thought Giannis was gonna be this good and they admitted it over and over and over. NOBODY. In fact, they almost sent Giannis back to Greece because they thought Giannis would not be able to play in the NBA. Besides that, Jokic never receives the unwarranted level of criticism that Giannis gets. All you do is talk about Jokic and Luka. It's shameful.
