12 жыл бұрынJohnny Carson welcomes Dionne Warwick on the Tonight Show on June 25, 1981, singing "SOLID GOLD...SLOWLY",  which I (Michael Miller - “Mickle“), composed and arranged (with lyrics by Dean Pitchford). This song was the theme song for Paramount TV's hit series, SOLID GOLD, which ran throughout the 80's.

Phenomenal so much attitude, skill, and technique was put in this one song without over doing it!! Only Ms. Dionne can put it down like that❤❤❤❤❤

I absolutely LOVE Dionne. One of THE BEST singers of all time. Her diction, breath control, and range is unbelievable. Coming from one singer too another she's always been an influence of the gift the lord blessed me with. I also REALLY miss shows like Solid Gold, Soul Train, and Star Search. We have AGT, The Voice, and Idol now but some how they just don't compare to these old shows. At least too me they don't.
