I love that he sings originals that he wrote himself and that he doesn't try to be someone else. This is one of my favorites from him. I have been listening to it a lot over the last few weeks. The rest of the singers on the show are good, but he is by far one of the more memorable ones and because of that he could go farther in his career. The others are great too. Though Chase has already established what his music is. He is someone you could listen to on the radio today and go, "That is Chase!" The others I feel could get lost in the shuffle. Too many ballads in the bunch. Plus Chase is such a humble guy.

Str:]der older ed sheeran always only had him and his guitar, and he transitioned between rapping and singing in almost every song, and usually talking about the same stuff, girls, tequila, etc

Thomas Pfarr Idk how long you've been following ed Sherman but when I first found him 8 years ago he as he put it played "rap soul and folk music" now if your talking about + that's probably as close as it could get unless you specifically mean "Sing" but even then he was way more percussive and it was faster with almost no rap on that album.

I think Chase has a ton of star potential. He is an incredible song writer, a great singer, he has great stage presence, and is perfect to be a teen heartthrob. I know that whether he wins or not he'll have a career. Both Simon and DJ Khalid both expressed ample interest in working with him and helping him become a star. Whether he gets the million or not he has already won.

HotBoyzz Those other shoes don't really have songwriting tho. AGT shows off talents-Chase is multitalented cuz of his songwriting, therefore he deserves to win AGT too :)

HotBoyzz well not exactly on shows like those ones they dont use original songs, he does, and he is perfect for this show. I dont normally enjoy singers in this show, but he has more talent than most others on this show between his good voice and the fact he writes his own songs
