@@eagleinewschannel Yes, well as much as I agree with the sentiment. America is still a country with a functioning legal system. That may change if Trump and his cronies get into power. For now we still have the sommation and instructions to the jury and then the 12 members of the jury will retire and decide whether they feel that the prosecution has made its case or if it has failed to make its case and then they will either find Donald Trump guilty or innocent. Even if they find him guilty he will still have the right to appeal. All very frustrating but it is the law. And, oh yes if all but one person find Trump guilty or innocent we will have a hung jury and we will have to go through the trial again with a new jury. Even more frustrating. Does rather make one's head explode.🙂

Yes, they did and so did the TO ledger. Except they weren't legal expenses because Cohen was no longer acting as Trump's attorney at the time he performed these services. He was acting as Trump's "errand boy." He really should have known better. Any time someone treats you as an errand boy, that's an automatic signal he thinks you're a worthless chump. There's no need to go any further.

What was illegal was purposely hiding the information solely to not effect how voters see him before the election... Presenting criminal charges on an individual and more so complex situations such as this lot of time to gather evidence, depose people,. and to get a grand jury to ultimately decide if the evidence is strong enough to actually charge/indict....

The prices of food are sky high, gas is also high , housing prices are ridiculous, mortgages interest and insurance are very high, the auto industry is on the verge of collapsing due to high prices or vehicle news and used. How far back.can a judge go to change the statutes of limitations? WE SEE THEM DOING THIS IN SOME OF THESE CASES. Where are the guidelines on them being able to do it too. Is it up to the DAs or the judge for the case. How can a local DA bring federal charges when a court said that a local sheriff can not enforce federal law. That happened to the sheriff in Arizona.

Please quit giving Trump undeserved passes. There are ways to deal with rogue courts. A defendant's not testifying, while usually wise, is not a way to deal with rogue courts. Just by way of example, a defendant can make a special appearance. A special appearance can be asserted by refusing to plead "not guilty" (the case continues because the judge enters an involuntary plea of "not guilty").
