Why are they totally ignoring the 2nd reason defined in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment? It actually is an update to the 1st Amendment as a result of the Civil War. "or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." No Laws have to be broken, just SUPPORTING them in any way disqualifies them. It applies to any current or former member of our Government or our Military at any level, they swore an Oath to Serve and Protect the United States, its Constitution and violated it, how can they be trusted to NOT do it again?

Palestinians allowing Hamas to take over their money, country, lives, and minds ain't that rich either. Hamas, as a known terrorist group, planted themselves smack dab in the middle of Palestine, using it's citizens as a blockade, only to cover themselves. Was Palestine so weak that they bowed and allowed this takeover? Did they want it? Do they believe that October 7th was appropriate? I have heard not one Palestinian apologizing for the acts of Hamas that day as they seem to agree with the atrocity committed. Not every Palestinian falls under this group, but in war, there is no questionnaire to state your view, and these people would be killed by Hamas for making that decision known. It is a lose, lose situation. Siding with terrorists, by force or choice, is still atrocious.
