Because the majority of people don't want to see only investigation of cases, it's boring, relationships is the big part of life amd without it the show won't work.

I totally agree with you right I should realize they messed up by taking Jay out now it's time to fix that mistake bring him back he's gone for eight months just bring him back with some storyline we need Jay back full-time simple you can just take a character has been working for 10 years is completely take him out bring about them and bring them back with Hailey simple
