ABOUT CHICAGO FIRE
From renowned Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf ("Law & Order" brand) and co-creator Derek Haas, the writer behind "3:10 to Yuma," comes Season 8 of "Chicago Fire." The family inside Firehouse 51 knows no other way than to lay it all on the line for each other. Capt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) leads the Truck Company and brash Lt. The show is too predictable sometimes. Matt dated and wasn't happy, Brett will date and not be happy. Then they'll go back to each other... I wish they'd mix it up for once.

Guys in my opinion Gabby left and I think it’s ok for Brett to like whom ever she what’s. If you think about it, Gabby did not think of Matte feelings what do ever about anything. When she decided to leave, she didn’t care about his feelings, she doesn’t even stay in contact with Brett or anyone! @@LyricsFreakxxx i read articles.i think he will be back in next episodes.maybe not at 9 but at 10 or 11 or in both.i don't think the writers want to put Brett in one night stand.that is not her character.so i think her relationship with Greg is not just a fling.maybe finally is a short relationship but is more than a fling. Especially if they will be together for three or four episodes because that means they will be together about a month or a bit more.

Hoping something happens with brettsey❤, Brett and Grainger dont look good together in my opinion.

Do the writers really think that the viewers want all this unnecessary drama??? Like, it was OOC when Casey said that stupid "I don't know" when Brett asked him about his ex. He had already told Gabby that he's not going anywhere with her. But now we've got more roadblocks aka Sydney (thank god, she's already out of the picture) and this Granger guy. He needs to go too! Let Brettsey happen already!!! We've been waiting far too long!!!!

@@makmok21 You decide you know who I am and what kind of fan I am from a comment with 17 words? I have disliked Gabby for a while and her relationship with Casey wasn't to my choice. Was happy to see her go if we're being honest. I prefer Brett with Grainger because it's new, we all know she will end up with Casey because it has been going on for episode after episode. It has gotten so boring and doesn't do anything for me anymore like it did the first few episodes. It's too clear that they will be a couple so the freshness of a new love interest for both of them made stuff interesting again.

@@astrid.nww33 interest could be if Matt and Brett be together.the new characters are not always good move.in that case is wrong move like it was that girl for Matt.anything new that can ruin something beautiful is not good or interesting.for example is not good move for me to see Matt sleeping with other girl and of course is bad move to see Brett to sleep with Greg and after that to see Matt and Brett together as couple.something is wrong in that for me. Matt and Brett are in love but they are sleeping with others and after that they get together.it sounds wrong.if they were just friends it's ok to find new love interest.but in this case is wrong.

@@makmok21 No I don't think them coming togheter at this time would spike my interest, that's why I prefer Brett to be with Grainger now. I love drama so I would rather see them moving on but dramatically find out they need eachother than them staying single, dance around eachother for 6 more episodes and then come togheter. But yeah, you might find that that is better and that's fine. I'm just nog with you lol.

The writers could bring the character of Gabby back and she could be pregnant with Casey's baby from their reunion sex when she came back to town. Since she has health issues related to being pregnant, she dies. Casey and Brett raise the child together. Solves the Gabby issue (I do not like when characters die, but it would clear up Casey going back to Gabby thing). Although I like the new guy with Brett. I even thought Brett and Severide would look good together. Personally, I would like to see more fire and rescue than all the romance. Just my opionion.

There's no way Matt to be together with Gabby.especialy if he is with Brett.i understand how much you want Gabby back and you don't want Brett to be with Matt because he will never leave from her for Gabby but Gabby will never be back.get over it. Matt did it:)

Women are pregnat for nine months, this was like a year ago. And if the aneurysm really burst, she wouldn't make to the end of the pregnancy and probably have a preterm birth or die.
