Video is good but instructions are not clear. Bottom part u said its 19 inches. Its Width or length. If it's length what is the width? Please tell us both side measurements. I didn't understand! :(

Hi For 10years old Cut shoulders and waist by her size For upper body is 12" and skirt is 16" For 4years old Upper body 10"and skirt 12" Cut the shap i showed in video so hopefully you will understand 😊

Hi There is a video coming soon on a long shirt of this style but if you want tge measurements keep the bottom 4 inchs short and the method is the same

12 year girl kaliy aap upper body ka size aap ko chaye wo lo phir niche jo a skirt hai jitna long rakna cho rak kar phir same method se cut kar lena i hopefully you will understand if not asked me 🙂
