Uh oh...the bar has been raised again! What was so apparent last night at the QC Battle of the bands was how prepared A&T was to do a complete halftime show and how unprepared everybody else was. It shows how dedicated the A&T students and staff are to the band program. What a fantastic job!

Great show! You have set a new standard of performance with your diversity of musical selections and marching styles! This is what sets you apart from the other bands. It won't surprise me next year to hear a little bit of classical musical thrown in for good measure. Totally impressed with the direction your band is taking!

I really enjoyed this show! You guys did great and I wish I was there to see it in person. Ya'll just raisedd the bar for HBCU bands. No I didnt go to A&T, I went to Alcorn and marched there. I also marched Corp. Style in high school. I really loved how ya'll incorporated both styles of marching in this show. You took the best of bed th styles and merged them together to pull off a great show. Nice job to the video and sound people as well. You should come record a couple of SWAC bands if possible. Good luck on ya'll season!

Dang, what happened to the size of A&T, it's as if the numbers are down considerably from last year.....I paused the video and counted 120 instrumentation (winds and percussion).....Nonetheless, A&T has a nice strong sound.....

The band ain't a scholarship band, and no matter how innovative the band is, NCAT won't give the band scholarship money to build numbers with.

jmg24bad Maybe you guys should form an alumni association chapter specifically for band or someone could look into starting a booster club for the band like almost all our football teams have

SonicBoomC98 We've had an Alumni Band Association for over two decades and a Band Booster group most recently but it takes a lot more money than they can raise to offer band scholarships and pay for uniforms, instrument repairs and travel. The A&T Administration has done a fantastic job supporting the band but in today's economic environment you have to make tough choices...do you provide scholarships for engineers and IT students or do you provide scholarships for marching band students. So far we've been able to maintain the quality of our band without a lot of band scholarships. Our band members put in the long hour and hard work for the love of the band and A&T, not for the money! Aggie Pride!

jmg24bad Your comment is incorrect. Our band is a "scholarship" band, just like Clarence Fisher has stated choices. But, with that being said members in our band are engineers, IT, educators, etc. So, I honestly believe we are killing two birds with one stone. I think ***** can agree with me, we are weeding out the "weak" as our band innovates every year with a diversion in our music and drill techniques.

The balance of the instruments were great! A few formation mistakes but overall great performance, and the music selection was nice too.

Can i get "AGGIE PRIDE".S/o to coldsteel and my bgmm family. We have always set the bar as a whole band drum section, auxilliary , music and formation. Im so proud to be apart of the bgmm family. Shout to Mr . Thomas to the new arrangmets . He's a hall a famer to. THE BAR HAS BEEN HIGH WHO CAN REACH OR SEEK TO SET THE BAR HIGHER IS THE QUESTION

Hey Thomas brother you all are sounding good. Ummm did you re-write some of the rhythms in Early In The Am? Sounds a lil diff from the arrangement that use to be played or it could be the instrumentation idk.Lol

Good show. I like the sound on the band on pretty much everything except Night and Day. The Lovely Day and PYT were good, but there are other arrangements I like better.

Really enjoyed the entire show except the auxillary feature. It wasn't the girls, it was the song. Really not liking that arrangement of Workin' Day n' Night.
