For anyone that is filing in Mecklenburg County, I confirmed with the clerk's office that Mecklenburg does NOT grant clerk divorces. You have to schedule a hearing and present in front of the judge (process for this starts at 44:27 in the vid).

how did you save 250? is it because of the proof of income they ask if you cant afford the cost of the divorce.

I called a law office and they told me i can file for him since my spouse he is out of state. ask your local court that he does not have an address and what can you do to file for an divorce..??
