Damn! What a game! Aggressive defense didn't work much but you gotta stay with it. You didn't have enough talent to cover Michigan in man. Try some zone blitzes too. That way you can decide what parts of the field you want defended and hopefully they don't run routes in that specific area. Also try recruiting players at positions filled with Juniors. If you wait until you're full of seniors you'll have a huge drop off in production with true freshman. That's why I recruit a year early in some cases to redshirt and give them more training in the offseason.

You need speed blitzes are races against the WR's ability to get open if the blitzers get there before they get open it's either a good blitz or that player is fast also you'll want to look for for players with good play recognition

Nelson came through!!! That's what I'm talking about! You have got to start utilizing those deadly receivers you have!! And Duckett finally became clutch when needed! Defense still needs a whole lot of work, but good job!

What you need to trade is the rights of Oladipo and Zeller to Ohio State for a year and your best defender to OSU football team.

What do you want him to do? Roll up and stop playing? If you're talking about overtime and him going for it then that was the right call. His defense wasn't stopping them so why not go for it all.
