Not at all. 2 to 3 practices a week that only last 2 hours and then one game a week.

hi!! i’m a cheerleader with level 4 tumbling but i’m a bit scared to throw it because it’s been a minute, but is it possible to make the team with good backhand-springs with any combination?

Do you have to look physically fit to be on this team ? Also do you guys have to run a mile in under 10 ? And I LOVE you channel btw ❤️❤️😘

Thank you! And yes you do have to be physically fit, but we honestly don’t do much working out let alone a lot of running.

It varies throughout the season and also depending on what season we’re in. Our head coach prefers four our hair to be straightened all the time, but they understand what kind of damage that causes.
