Being a student of horticulture you should use gloves while working in the tissue culture lab because the chemical used are very dangerous for skin....overall this was a very helpful vedio..
I worked for coffee tissue culture and have produced over two lakh coffee plants. We never used gloves. Tissue culture chemicals are not dangerous. Chemicals used for genetic engineering, DNA fingerprinting, Cryopreservation etc are dangerous where gloves are required.

dude picked up the bottle from inside the sterile area to wash his hands. no big deal if he used the uv light after he washed his hands, he cross contaminated the clean area. watch the video again and see just what he did, tell me if you all out here with me agree that he cross contaminated the clean area!!?
