We’ve worked with Taran3D to develop ground-breaking technology that can be used in our curriculum to boost recruitment into the social care sector.
Our students have developed a series of VR prototypes which can be used to assess students before they leave college, giving them valuable experience of practices and situations they may encounter when joining the industry.
This is the first time VR has been used for assessment purposes in social care, so we are leading the way!
Our partners that have been part of this journey with us have shared their thoughts on the work our students have done to create the scenario and the benefits it will bring to the sector, including improving staff recruitment and retention.
