A pretty good presentation of an excellent product that does exactly what it claims to do. I'd like to point out that the presenter made a mistake at 1.05 where he explains where the consumables are. He points to rollers that dont need to be changed, they are lifetime... the consumables that need to be changed are inside and can be easily accessed by opening the scanner with the small button. Once open its a 5 second task to change them. I doubt most people will ever need to change them though.

I have sold a few of these at work. They are freaking awesome! My opinion, best scanner on the market under $1000.

@Merky2k Good luck... Have you ever looked at the fine detail in money? Most of the tiny details on the bill would probably be overlooked. Plus you would need the cotton-paper they use, and the holographic bits would need to be added. I doubt the colour recreation would be perfect, which would be almost a dead giveaway.

That's a baller ass scanner. I hate working with scanners 'cuz they never work how they're advertised. If I eve need a high end scanner, i am picking this up for sure.

Pretty cool lil scanner but what if you want to scan a page of a book or something, where you can't feed it through? Thats where the flat-beds are better!

2 things: Ahh, we finally know linus's job... Second: Do they have a Ledger sized (11" x 14") edition? Because sometimes i have to scan blueprints, and this would be great.

@inetbf You obviously do not run a business. Not all documents are electronic yet. In fact most are not. Scanners like this make the office cleaner and makes it easier to find documents you have archived.

I think Linus and Vice from the Shamwow commercial are twins.

What would be awesome would be a 3D Dual-Side Color Laser Printer/3D Dual-Side Color Scanner that didn't require any type of ink. And if it doubled as a Fax Machine, and could print up to 20 pages simultaniously, and could print over 200 Words per Minute per Page

How does the scanner work with hand written contracts? Will I be able to highlight a hand written field and make it searchable?

All about simplicity for only $500. I think that i could pick up a printer/scanner for $5 at goodwill and have it running within 15 min of having it home. Not that I do that, but this thing just doesnt seem cost effective.
