I finally passed my NCLEX last week on my 2nd try and I know I couldn't have done it without you and Klimek reviews. Before watching all the SATA videos, I used to cringe every time I got a SATA question, but by the time my test came around I was saying "i got this" every time I got a SATA question because I felt confident using the strategies you had taught us, especially just using common sense! So thank you again!! :)

I really like the way she teaches. I felt like I was watching a comedy when she showed how to use common sense to think about those options, and at the same time I learned a lot! Thank you Dr. Sharon.

Hi Dr. Sharon, I really don’t have time to review. I graduated foreign BSN way back 1996😂.. and been working as LVN for 20 years. Have 4 kids . I have been taking RN test so it won’t get abandoned for 6-7 times already But no proper review. Coz I can’t afford to be off work. Watching your videos just maybe 5 videos, really helped me in picking the right answer. I took my NCLEX RN 12/3/22 and passed. Thank you so much.

with the answer "orient to place and time" the word orient implies its better for post op care, I'm assuming if we changed the wording to "ask" or "check" implying it's baseline pre-op that would be better?

In question two you said that answer C was correct. But, wouldn't that be the Doctors job to suggest types of medicines to take and not the nurse. That seams like it is out of a nurses scope of practice. Also in question two I thought letter e would be an correct answer. It seams like the husband would need to somehow address the situation about his wiles possible over expectations she may place on the rest of the family. I thought setting limits was a good thing. The husband is not attacking his wife using words that promote conflict such as you need to do this, or you cannot do this, because your a jerk to the rest of us. He is just stating it is not ok to place these high expectations on the rest of the family.
