Hello, I believe I have a non displaced patella frature. I have full ranged of motion and it only hurts when i try heavy leg exercises or walking on a lot of stairs, I can walk fine too. But there is an indentation in the middle of my knee cap, exactly where the blow happened, and it can be tender sometimes, do you think it is cartilage damage too? Thanks
