While it is good to remember Gen Pao's contribution to our community; we should really focus our energy to develop our young both men and women for the future here in America. In the USA, the significant celebrations Americans do annually are Washington, Lincoln, Columbus, Martin Luther King Jr, and Cesar Chavez. Worldwide, we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Therefore, the Hmong will and should forever remember General Vang Pao on his birthday for his significant contributions to the advancement of the Hmong people during his lifetime.
