I do not understand why SM cannot just hire punkyspider to style NCT & RV the way he does for SHINee & other groups, like is it a budget thing? But NCT & RV probably make more money that the older groups?? It seems like an easy solve but here we are lol

I really don't understand it either. How can a group slay with their fashion in many aspects but their red carpet is always thiiiiis

i think the stylist for kiss of life did a great job considering they are a rookie group, just 6 months into their career, and having to walk the red carpet and performing in their first awards season. are these the best looks, no, but they are far better than some other groups who been thru this many times before. in both their MMA and SMA outfits match their young woman aesthetics and concepts.

Finally, kiss of life is serving on the red carpet. Their stage outfits are usually great, so I was concerned with their MMA red carpet looks. I'm still waiting on NMIXX's red carpet comeback era

Same here. I believe it was their first red carpet so maybe they wanted to play safe but noooo like let's not do that haha. NMIXX desperately need a red carpet comeback era and I shall be waiting

I’ve just started getting into riize and I really like their looks on this red carpet. Idk why SM stylists are able to give them some youthful looks and completely refuse to do so for NCT Dream who are also supposed to have a very young and fresh vibe. Like whyyyyy????

@elviratenrikawa4698 how on earth is that not SMs fault. SM hires the stylists. EVERYTHING about every single group signed to them is SMs fault???

@@ND-kh5yw exactly !! It's completely in SM's control. They hire and assign the stylists ~ like this could maybe work for SM's older artists like Suju maybe but not NCT Dream lol.

@@gabyesco4115 100% I do not understand the thought process here, and to hear that they've always been dressed like this for red carpets just makes no sense. It's just giving "middle aged actor going to film awards ceremony" rather than young fresh artists representing their music at a music awards show. Definitely SMs fault because someone at SM is continuing to approve these looks or even telling the stylists what to go for in the first place

Nct dream's own style renjun to be precise has more fashion sense than their stylist to be honest, I'm so sick of them styling the dreamies like they don't make so much money

I am in love with your blazer! 😍 My absalute fav was Yuju, that dress was gorgeous. However, for once, I completely agree with you on the necklace. It didn't go at all with the vibe or neckline of the dress and the shoes.... better left unsaid. I am so sad to say my worst was Bambam ㅠㅠ. Like what was he thinking?? His second outfit was so much better what the hell. The colour, fit, design and styling of the suit were all just the worst! Hoping your settling in in your new apartment! Catching up on videos, and for me the looks I liked the most were actually not from idols this year at SMA, but from the guest stars invited. Not everyone did that great, but I found that Kirsten from Jam Republic looked divine. She gave us a look that you don't often see at SMA; you don't even see that shade of muted red-brown at award shows that often. It fit her well with just the right amount of embellishment. From the idols; as George pointed out the poor styling choice on Yuju was a real shame, 'cause the dress really suits her.

The stylist NCT DREAM always gets for red carpet has the most boring view on red carpet looks ever.... and there is nearly no new things too.... I always feel like it's either a black suit or a white suit or a mix of both..... It's just boring to see the exact same thing every time. Even more when for stages and their own concert they have some fire outfits, suit-like, that actually fit everyone's perfectly as they actually have a word in this... But really can't they just fire that red carpet look stylist?
