Sungchan was never in WayV, he was in NCT but in 2023 he and Shotaro left NCT and now both are members of RIIZE

I hope you also react NCT last unit, NCT New team (pre-debut name) / NCT Wish (debut name), they are the japanese unit, but they also have korean version for some of their song. they created in show called NCT LASTART and just debut about 2 month ago. Originally have 7 member, but 1 member can't debut with them because of health reason, so they end up being 6 member group.
