NDAX Mobile App Overview and Tutorial

9 ай бұрынNDAX recently updated their mobile application with a much more user friendly interface. You now have access to TradingView charts which means that you can create, edit and cancel orders directly on the chart. In addition, you can change the time frame, see the order book and even add indicators. These are much welcomed updates that make trading on the go more convenient and enjoyable.

I am unable to withdraw money from Ndax. Actually, the screen gets stuck when I select the withdrawal option. Can you please help me. Is there an ongoing issue with ndax?

Beware of NDAX staking as you won't be able to transfer your staked rewards to your wallet once you've unstaked your coins. Also the customer support is very amateurish. Compared to my RBC direct investing support, which is highly professional and concise, NDAX is a joke. Its seems as though they don't have a thorough understanding of how the process works. To be clear you will see your staked rewards in your account, but you won't be able to transfer them to your wallet, and when you inquire as to why it seems as though you're annoying them, and you'll receive a curt, smart ass response. Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time staking on NDAX, you won't receive your rewards!!

There is No future or Margin trading? Does it have Alt coins ?

Yes they have altcoins. If you're looking for futures trading and more altcoins then check Bitget as they offer it. How do you sell and take the gains after buying?

So instead of a buy order, place a sell order. The order can either be a market or limit order. The profit and loss is the difference between what you had bought the coins for and what you sold them for. Hope that makes sense.

You can't short on NDAX as they only offer trading on the spot market, not futures.

Does NDax's integrated Trading View chart have same features of Trading View? Or, rather continue analysis on Trading View, instead? Also, how's ordering with Bitget through Trading View? Or, rather order on Bitget, instead?

Their features are pretty much the same maybe minus a few things? You wouldn't be able to view NDAX on TradingView's site. I've never ordered through TradingView for Bitget so I can't comment on that.

I'm a beginner and i've one question. if I buy bitcoin worth $10 CAD on 26 dec2023 for market price then the bitcoin worth of 10$ still available on 28 dec 2023?? or do we need to buy by selecting any other option. i just want to hold them and I will sold as per my wish. how to do that?

That depends on the market price you bought the BTC for. I can’t answer that specifically because that’s a generic question with no numbers.

The service is pretty good in my opinion. They’ve resolved any and all of my issues within a timely manner. In terms of their account safety, I don’t think that they’ve had any issues with that. Either that or I’m unaware of any that they’ve had. Hope that helps!

@Bishoplendion select wallet, then CAD, then withdraw. Enter in amount. Select method and just follow the rest of the steps shown in the app.

What's order bracket? They do have take profit and stop loss.

How do you use thier order brackets? Let's say I want to buy btcoin in certain price and hit my oder limit then have my stop loss set incase it goes the opposite?

You have to input those orders manually. You can put in a limit order and once it gets triggered only then would you be able to put in a stop loss. NDAX is the spot market, not futures where you can do that.
