I was astounded when Norma mentioned the power of music. I have had only one out of body experience. As I was sitting at my piano practicing the Blue Danube Waltz, the vibration in the room and the repetitive rhythm suddenly and unexpectedly sent me to a different place in the past. I have never forgotten that profound experience. I definitely need to read Norma’s book.

@debralucas9519 it's called "What Happened To You?" By Dr. Bruce Perry but honestly every single trauma book talks about the need to release stuck energy from the nervous system through movement. I got the chills when she said you have to go through the darkness...get past the darkness. Once when I was visiting my in laws I had a night where I felt I never got any real sleep. I kept sleeping lightly and dreaming that someone was saying, "You have to break through the darkness to find the light.". I woke up just thinking it was a weird dream...I dream in a lot of detail almost every night. But I mentioned to my mother in law in the morning that I hadn't slept well and kept having this crazy dream. My mother in law was one of the strongest believers I have ever known. She got very serious and looked at me and said something like I had received a heavenly message. I thought about it a long time and still do, and now that I am further in life I can see she was right, and I was in a dark place at the time and needed more faith than I had. There was truly a message there. I am in a much lighter place than I was then and still working on it. I know she was talking about dimensions and I don't understand all of that but every so often that phrase pops up somewhere in some form and I remember that night.

Dear One, yes this is a crazy place to live and we all can easily get overwhelmed. In the morning, I make a short gratitude list of people, events, and things I am grateful for And share it with a few friends by text. Then I intentionally sit out in the day, hoping to be of service by helping a random stranger or friend, or simply bringing some laughter and a smile to their face. Little things like this are able to lift the heavy burden in my heart. Hugs to you, wherever you are.

Let's see... Looks like we have an NDE problem; Hitler has been seen in heaven. See here: NDE - S. YOUNG: "I had a near death experience, and when they showed me this meadow of flowers, I SAW HITLER PLACING FLOWERS ON A WALL. He didn't have a fully white robe like others, but he placed a flower for each soul." NDE - ANDREW PETRO: "People ask, 'where do you go after you die?', and my answer is very short, you go to the light. Why do you go to the light? BECAUSE THERE'S NO PLACE ELSE TO GO. One of the questions I always get is, 'is someone like Hitler in heaven?', and MY ANSWER IS, THE LIGHT IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO. THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE TO GO. So, the question answers itself." NDE - MAC WRIGHT: “EVERYONE GOES TO THE SAME PLACE. This includes Billy Graham, Hitler, and Jeffery Dahmer.” BRYCE A.: "I had an NDE in 1994. Jesus had nothing to do with it. EVERYONE GOES BACK INTO THE LIGHT. Religions are just mythology." PROF. KEN RING: "The answer I have heard SEVERAL near‐death experiencers give to this question is unqualified: EVERYONE, THEY SAY, WILL COME INTO THIS LIGHT. THE LIGHT IS UNCONDITIONAL AND PLAYS NO FAVORITES. This reply invariably stirs an agitated response in some members of the audience, and someone will then play the trump card. "Even Hitler?," a voice will ask incredulously. I remember AN ANSWER THAT WAS GIVEN TO THIS QUERY BY A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCER who, as a child, had suffered severe se*ual and physical a*use from her father. When she found herself in the Light, she asked it telepathically, "DOES EVERYONE COME HERE?" SHE WAS TOLD, "YES." Then, she herself asked the very question that represents the limit for most people: "EVEN HITLER?" "YES." And, then, pushing the Light even further, she found herself asking, "EVEN MY FATHER?" AGAIN, "YES."" NDE - M.T. BENEDICT: "When you finish your life review and you go to the light, you pass through purification, because THERE'S NOTHING IN THIS WORLD THAT YOU COULD EVER DO THAT WILL TAINT THE OVERSOUL, THAT WILL TAINT YOUR SOUL. Nothing you could ever do. Not even Adolf Hitler was tainted once he went through the light. ONCE YOU GO TO THE LIGHT YOU ARE COMPLETELY PURIFIED OF ANY DISEASE, ANY DARKNESS, ANY WHAT YOU MIGHT CALL, EVIL. I was shown, given a glimpse into every human soul and there was no blackness at all, there was no evil whatsoever. And at that moment I fell in love with humanity." NDE - NANCI D.: "God TOLD ME THERE'S NO HELL. WE DO NOT HAVE TO EARN HEAVEN. WE DO NOT ENTER INTO HUMAN LIFE TO EVOLVE, TO LEARN HOW TO LOVE, OR TO LEARN HOW TO BE MORE SPIRITUAL. What's expected of you? Nothing. Just be "you". You don't even have to be the "best you". We souls are already pieces of Source/God’s own self-awareness and cannot get more evolved, loving, or spiritual than while in our spiritual state. ALL PEOPLE RETURN TO THE SAME PLACE AFTER DEATH. THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS KARMA. THAT DOES NOT EXIST. THERE'S NO PAYBACK, THERE'S NO JUDGEMENT.

Very interesting! I think this NDE has hit the soul the most. Not only do we need to find our higher purpose, but surround ourselves with it and put our energy into it. It makes sense, some things we do drains us, makes us feel lazy and unfocused. Make note of those and avoid them, re-work the environment so its not draining you! Thank you so much!!

Yes- I am starting a small business. So I keep Etsy boards of prospective supplies. I work on those boards regularly, and purchase objects that inspire me (maybe because it's a product that I aspire to make or because it has a look that can inspire a future product). I'm a minimalist, and am not materialistic. However, constantly looking at 3D objects which represent my goals is incredibly helpful in terms of tethering me to my vision and also instilling a sense of gratefulness. I also tend to rid my environment of objects that I find draining. I've started doing this with my thoughts and observing this mentality in relationships.

I love these NDE stories! Norma is so beautiful! I find people that have had NDE”s emanate just a beauty and light. She dropped so many gems in this. She talked about helping prisoners and I saw some videos about programs they had where they brought in cats and dogs for the prisoners to take care of and it helped the prisoners and animals so much! It’s interesting when she talked about music. I’m a person that needs more silence but I listen to obvious relaxing music like nature sounds and healing frequency music. I like how she mentioned different types of music speak to different people. I’ve always liked the sound of electric guitar and I love Metal. I think people might assume that is only angry music, but I find it so beautiful! Thanks for sharing your beautiful story Norma. It helps so many people! 💓

This testimony inspired me to send my mother a simple text. She called and within 20 minutes i found the reconciliation I've been seeking for 35 years. I want to be in the PRESENT. The past were lessons and today is application. I've been birthed. I also sent a text to my son and felt the peace when he was appreciative. Each experience is unique i believe, but all interconnected. To get STUCK in one, or it's trials, i picture as quicksand. We've got to keep moving, evolving, loving, forgiving, growing, and applying.

Thank you Mel!!! Norma, Norma, Norma! Thank you so much for all this wealth of the most exciting information I’ve ever heard! I’ve seen your NDE before but the additional information in this interview with our precious Mel was so thrilling and exciting for me, I will be getting in touch with you. Abba saved me from the worst thing that to that point I’d believed could happen to a living person. I see now that I have faced this enormous fear and was brought back to a sound mind and almost no fear at all any longer. I’m so looking forward to getting in touch with you and the exciting journey I’ll be on from that point forward. I almost didn’t watch today because (as I said) I have watched your NDE account before and even shared it with some family members as I love you example of not judging because we just don’t know! …..like how you were a slave child fearing the crack of the master man with his horses hooves pounding and the crack of his whip….and then in another time you were the master man with the whip. You have already affected my life in a greater way and then this new information today! I will probably begin trying to collect your books (I’ll devour them quickly) and then work out everything else from there. You are a true “GodSend” to me as is Mel and her podcast work she shares with whoever is blessed to find her. I’m in such a state of gratitude and love. I wish I had better words. 🙏🏽🕊️💞✨

Yes we do experience it all. Not too long ago i was getting really getting into activism i always had a sort of hate for the military and the things they do. Now ive come to realize that in my last life time i was a Vietnam war veteran. During a past life regression session i saw myself dunking a small Vietnamese child under water threatening to drown him to get information from him he was crying and speaking really fast and next to me was a female translator. Over a span of a few months i had a few dreams relating to that life. One was when i left Vietnam we were actually rescued by a chopper while sitting in a river. Another dream i had was where i was murdered by a fellow Vet suffering from ptsd we were in a bar and he turned on me and killed me im guessing this was around the late 70s judging by the scenery. And i came back to earth shortly after in this life in 1985.

@@JJ_Magnificent No problem, thank you for your kind words. It took time for me to piece this together. When I did the past life regression at first I misinterpreted the vision of me dunking the child in water. I actually thought it was my son and I was trying to give him a bath except he had on his clothes so i figured that he just had them on becausei was forcing him to bathe, and this was because I felt a sort of love for the child I didn't want to hurt him but I felt like I was doing this for a greater good. And the translator I thought at the time was my wife because I had romantic feelings for her. It wasn't until I had the dreams later that put everything together. She was a translator but we ended up getting involved romantically and she was with me until the day the chopper picked us up and I wanted her to come with me but the troops didn't let her get on and she was left behind and most likely killed by the VC.
