I share my story about what I did when NDIS said NO to including Employment Supports in my plan.
I also chat with Mark from Ability Links Support Coordination, Wollongong about the AAT process a participant has to undertake to have a decision overturned.

That was a good video Nina. I think I have spoken to Mark over the phone in regards to my son! lol. He was a wealth of information about the NDIS & I am pretty sure my son is now 'on his books' with a male s/c. I must ask my son tomorrow. He only was approved for the NDIS this year after 2 times being rejected. Having a recognised disability of Cerebral Palsy & still they said no. He has come so far in just a few months, it really is lovely to see as a parent. Cheers Helen

What to do when NDIS says no ? Litigate in the Federal Court. I have, frequently !

Can you give some further examples of evidence for employment support aka find keep a job? I am a wheelchair user and also Autistic amongst other dxs

As a starting point, I’d suggest talking to your OT who is probably best placed to work out with you what supports you need in the workforce and hence what evidence to support that request . . .
