I don't understand the emphasis on women. Men are almost discard, specially because they don't even get opportunity to compete in competative exams because of reservations. Do they have numbers about the unemployment ratio of women vs men? They should study sectors where women can take active leadership instead of blindly "selling women empowerment". There's equal opportunity available for both genders, but Nagas are just following western standards or other states standards where women are discriminated.
