Sir kindly do reply My question is that are criminal cases can be quash in higher court from court of session,if the both parties like accused & complainant want to quash the case Or both the parties want to dismissed the case??????

Case never be quashed. Only FIR can be quashed by moving a petition u/s 482 CrPC by the accused person. Such petition will be discussed on merits. Hereafter, court concluded the case on merits and decide whether such FIR will be dismissed or not.

@@SmartnLegalGuidance thank you for the reply sir🙏 But last plzzz kindly if the case is on going in court of session & both the party want to quash the case than under section 482 crpc the petition can be file in high court for such..??? Or case sh'd be moved to or taken from session court to high court by advocate????
