Art style looks pretty good to me, should look vibrant in the headset. Hopefully the gameplay has enough depth to it.

I'm getting Solaris vibes with Fortnite colors

Not what I was hoping for. I was hoping for a full solo campaign mode with Synapse style mechanics. I was hoping for it to look visually like it did in the opening of Synapse when you are walking on the beach.

This looks like what *SOLARIS* should’ve been, but wasn’t. The lighting and texture displayed in this trailer is unexpectedly realistic, and I immediately dug it. If this is actual gameplay footage, then I’m low-key hyped. Fingers-crossed that the map designs and weapon-play are good. The overall presentation is outstanding, and the name is PERFECT. I already dug the name, and then the double-entendre hit me. Chef’s kiss.

I do love how neon can look in the OLED headset (B99 is a perfect example), so if they really take advantage of the OLED and it doesn't have that LCD grey look smeared over everything then I will totally check this one out.

If I am reading the game correctly, you instant load in with no delay and everyone is just chaotically dying in mass, and the bodies stick around (hopefully), would be interesting. This is better than shooty fruity at least. Also this being here means the bigger studios likely aren't working on competitors for it, so hopefully they are making great single player games. I just hope this has crossplay to keep the multiplayer alive.

Looks fun, but why no Synapse DLC or Fracked PSVR2 upgrade tho?

I like the neon look and exaggerated rag doll physics. Looks like a focus on fun over realism which is enough to set it apart from the other online VR2 shooters.

This is totally not my style of game, but it looks very well done. Some of the interactions between players have a bit of an Among Us VR vibe, but it wasn't clear to me if that was all just staged for the trailer or if there'll be more social style game modes. It would be smart to lean into the social side of things. Hope it's successful for nDreams. I also can't wait to see what the Synapse team and their triple-A dev team are up to. My hope would be a dark fantasy game that builds on Synapse's telekinesis powers to create a full magic system. I'd love to see how they could use PSVR 2's unique features for a variety of spells/abilities.

More of this genre is definitly very appreciated. The artstyle can work, too, if the gameplay feels good. But going off the trailer alone, it looks like the gunplay might lack feedback and oomph. I'm cautious for now.

This is what the VR2 community needs! So far Crossfire is by far the best VR2 shooter game I've enjoyed. I'm currently ranked number one on horde mode 😅. I'm hoping that controls will feel very natural in this game, like it did in crossfire.

Normally I'd scoff at yet another PVP shooter since VR doesn't have a player base to support all of these shooters. But this one looks different than anything else we have available. And I really like the look which I believe the colors will absolutely pop on the OLED HDR display. So I'm cautiously optimistic about this one.

I think the game looks alright. I really like the reload mechanic of slapping it against a wall and reloading that way without using your other hand. There are times in even amazing VR games like boneworks or half life Alyx where i wish i could reload with just one hand. its impossible to dual welid weapons without dropping one weapon, reloading, then picking up the other one and reloading that. Just for that mechanic alone, ill look out for this one

I like that it’s more of a whimsical arena style shooter. A welcome change of pace from tactical pvp shooters.

I prefer the non realistic style.It's a change from the tactical, semi realistic pvp that exist on psvr2. Could produce some crazy carnage.

Usually when studios do the acting, hand gestures in trailers to imitate "engaged" player it's just cringe (that city builder game for e.g.), but this one is actually good - made me chuckle actually :D Don't expect to play too long, but will have in my library - seems good enough.

PvP ain't my thing but this looks like fun for those interested in this type of game.

its a cool concept .a titan-fall-esque runner-gunner. the better "option" would be to add the large-robot-call-ins for larger arena warfare.

This gives me major Space Junkies vibes. One of my most missed titles. Even if it’s a short run, I’m excited to jump into this. Also thank you for including the context about this being a sub studio of nDreams. I have a feeling this wasn’t a huge cost for them since much of the style and physics appears to come straight from Synapse. Not a gripe at all, it’s sort of like Obsidian using Fallout 3 assets to make New Vegas. Can’t wait to see what nDreams and all their studios come up with next.

Back end of this year is stacked with psvr2 heavy hitters. Hopefully playstation keep their first party games for next year as these first party games if they are big take time to make unlike AR tech demoes.

I'm not into PvP games, but I see that a lot of people do, so at the end it's a good thing (anyway, they say online is optional on the store). I love the art style though.

Closest thing we'll get to Unreal Tournament this generation probably so I'm pretty stoked The good: the neon graphics will look remarkable on OLEDs, arena shooter where you don't have to play seek for 5 minutes to get a kill The bad: the style seems to be aiming at teenage audience a bit too much for my tastes. The poses, the 'facial expressions', the music. Also weapon variety seems to be lacking from the trailer alone, if you're making arena shooter then give me a grenade launcher at least!

I'm intrigued by it but I fell out of love with PvP around COD black ops. It could be really fun with friends & gamecats but randoms in PvP can be very hit & miss ☮️❤️✌️

Those studios know their stuff. Im very sure quality will be there. But its pvp and in case of ndreams studio, synapse has no dlc and limited playing time. So, a very short quality game ? Probably. Its targeting the actual market. Sadly.

Could be fun for sure and still excited, but synapse as the “foundation” for another game deserves something way bigger. No. Playing competitive shooter in VR may be fun only for really short period of time. Soon you stop noticing all that VR features, and just play the game as usual. Then you realize that you miss real flat screen competitive games, where you do not need to manually reload thousand times over and over again, where turning isn't tiring and disorienting etc. VR at its current stage is not made for competitive games. It is possible that it will never be good for it. It is made for immersive games. Period.

I am skipping this one for sure. Gaming with squeakers is not for me. This is why I stick to Hell Let Loose or Insurgency. There is like no kids playing those kind of games.

In all honesty, while this looks fun and i dig the Halo-like arenas, i really don't think this is the bigger budget addition that the headset needed at the moment.
