With increasing competition and number of applications year after year, securing a government job is no less than a struggle for hundreds of thousands of aspirants. Prime Time brings to you tales of students who attend coaching institutes for years preparing for the recruitment tests conducted by various staff selection commissions. The difficulties underwent by these students are completely neglected by officials who keep postponing issuing of appointment letters, or even scrap the whole recruitment process without giving a reason. Its been more than 1 year since SSC CGL 2017 exam started...but final result has not been declared yet. Such delay is unacceptable. Govt must apologise to the youth of our nation.

Was listening to students about private jobs. That's not really true guys. IT is good change your mind set. Google about companies and reviews about employees working there. Work environment, job satisfaction etc.

ASRB mein Lower division clerk ka vacancy nikla tha 2017 mein, 2019 mein msg aaya tha ke exam hi nahi hoga..... Its a shame... Aur abhitak IB (Security Assistant) ka result bhi nahi aaya, jabki humne 17th Feb 2019 ko exam diya tha

काश , government & private sector में एक समानता आ जाए । इन दोनों क्षेत्रों में आपस में कोई मुकाबला नहीं है जिस कारण government अपने आप को one and last option समझ रही है। और हमारे future को अपने चुनाव की एक वस्तु समझ रही है।

All of this is correct but a very important point was missed. The recent trend in shifting towards government jobs has another big reason and it is कामचोरी की आदत . There is this years of churned thought which has taught people that you don't have to work in government jobs. This stereotype has made youth to shift towards it. If the government makes sure that the people working with the government start working properly and punctually then there won't be much of a difference between private and public enterprises. For those who might not agree with me, I have an example. Why is TCS managing the Passport Seva Kendra and AIIMS (Delhi) kiosk ? Why not government officials. The answer is simple. Because they are incapable of working for long hours.

Abdullah ji kaamchori starts at the top. What is the present leadership doing, a PM who does not attend or address the parliament. Are you aware of pension and perks of one term MLA or MP? How do you justify the high unemployment? There is a big disconnect between executive branch and man on the street. The legislative branch is as bad. Accountability starts at the top. So don't blame the man at the bottom, each one of us is responsible. I hate to say it but we deserve who we elect

while you said is half truth the other half is that in private sector there is no labour law regulations , they will make you work for 11-14 hours a day while 8hrs per day should be work hours beyond that it is slavery.

Arey bhai TCS is doing it because they have high number of employees. Whereas the body NIC which maintains all govt websites is smaller compared to TCS and by delegating the work on private contract reduces expense of maintaining personnel.

यु पी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी जी ने तो शिक्षित बेरोजगारों को नौकरी देने से ही मना कर दिया है, हाल ही में प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में हुई 68500 पदों पर लिखित परीक्षा में कुल 1 लाख 7 हजार बच्चों ने भागीदारी की, कोर्ट के अनुसार भी ये एक स्क्रीनिंग एग्जाम था जिसमे पूरे 68500 पदों को भरना था , लेकिन योगी सरकार ने केवल 41556 बच्चो को उत्तीर्ण घोषित कर उतने को ही जोइनिंग दिया, बाकी बचे लगभग 27000 रिक्तियों को भरने से साफ मना कर रही है। इनके रिजल्ट भी किसी से अब छिपे नही हैं जिसमे पास को फेल और फेल को पास कर दिया गया है। इतनी बड़ी शिक्षक भर्ती धांधली न तो कभी पहले हुई और न ही देखी या सुनी गई।।।
