Pretty amazing to catch the same fish only 12 min apart. I've heard of people catching them a day later or so, but literally releasing him and having him come right back and eat again is unbelievable. I would've thought they would be a little smarter than that but I guess the aggression takes over. Well done - really cool!

We used to have a fishing pond in our yard, you could catch a bass, release it and watch him the whole time, throw your lure back out to him and catch him again. My record was catching him 5 times in a row before he wised up.

a testament to the efficacy of catch and release. And the idea that catching a fish doesn't necessarily overly traumatize them. The first thing an ill, dying or traumatized animal will do is STOP eating.

Same fish twice, Fantastic! A few years ago, a friend and I were trolling Peltier Lake North of St. Paul. He was fishing a jointed scatter rap fire tiger. I pulled a jointed scatter rap grey/white. A pike took my friends lure however the line snapped. He retied and we reversed back through the area. I had a strong bite and when the pike was landed, there was my friends lure, stuck in the pikes mouth right next to mine. I enjoyed pike fishing. You never know what they are going to do. That's a beautiful lure your Poland acquaintance sent you.
@deadpanfish3 жыл бұрын
Do you control the "action points" on your videos? It always cuts to ad when you hook up. Mark your action points at dead times in the video and we can enjoy the whole moment. Can't imagine yt knows this on its own.
@bigboypockets20413 жыл бұрын
Not for me at all.. idk
@ndyakangler3 жыл бұрын
I do place the ads myself or else KZfaq automatically puts them in about every two minutes. I usually do put them at a slow point in the video, even though that’s probably not the best idea if I want to increase viewer retention. This time I did put it at that first hookset, the timing was right for the 3.5-4 minute mark I like to shoot for between ads and I figured that spot might help keep people from clicking away when that first ad pops up and help get the average view duration up.
