I have problem selecting players, when I want to switch to the player I want to the little arrow jump to someone else then my defender become vulnerable and the opponent pass him easily

But Neal there is countless times i've read the opponent right and put myself in a good position while jockeying and my players don't tackle. You know how you usually say don't tackle unless you have to, just jockey into the opponent it doesn't seem to work.
